Solo allows you to add links to your header, footer and within most sections. We suggest to users to create their Terms of Service or Privacy Policy in Google Docs and to then link to that Google Doc from the footer of their website.

To add a link to the Footer of your website:

1. Scroll to the Footer section, and click Edit
2. On the right, see the option for Navigation Links
3. Click Add Link and choose Web URL from the drop-down menu
4. Add the link to your Privacy Policy or Terms of Service and set your label
5. Click Save
